GAN changing payment structure

We currently have to extend all GAN commissions one month because they pay net 60 and net 90. This is changing here shortly (thankfully). Starting here shortly, GAN will finally join the rest of the planet and offer net 30 payments, so no more huge extensions. This also means that we will be able to work with all merchants, and not just the limited list we work with now.
