Can I use keyword brand name in Domain?

Can I use keyword brand name in Domain, such as, cheapnikeshoes.com with prosperent.com ads?

That isn't so much a Prosperent question as it is a question for the brand owner. What will likely happen in the above situation is, the brand will find your site and either take the domain from you, file a lawsuit against you for trademark infringement, or contact us to remove your account. It's never a good idea to infringe on a brand. We will comply with any requests to remove your account for such violations.

You will be contacted by a lawyer, and they take action swiftly. At least that was my experience. Mine wasn't even a brand name, but it was similar to a store name. They don't like that at all, trust me.
