We just spoke with the team over at Birthday in a Box. They have agreed to increase Prosperent publishers commissions to a flat 15%. Not only is this a great opportunity from an income standpoint, but it's also a great untapped niche.
Birthday in a Box saves parent's time and money by providing pre packaged themed birthday and party favors. At a time when everyone is strapped for cash and time, niches like this tend to explode. Looking over our network wide data, I think there is tremendous room for growth here.
Some ideas that come to mind. Build out a content site that shows moms how to throw a themed party inexpensively. These sites generate a significant amount of traffic and could spread virally through platforms like facebook. Facebook and twitter may in themselves be a great way to market this idea as well. Just some basic thoughts. After speaking with the team over there, they seem really involved and motivated to get things going. They also have a big site revamp coming which we will of course keep an eye out for and update our data as needed.
