Buy link redirecting users to wrong items

When our users are tapping the Buy button for an item they are being directed to a completely different item and this is happening for the majority of our links.

    Please see example:

Search term: Haggar Premium Stretch Grey Suit Jacket - JC Penney

    https://prosperent.com/account/getli...65ddbb9e821e6b

When user taps the Buy link they are being redirected to a different item:

    http://www.scrubsandbeyond.com/landa...tm_campaign=al

It's possible that your links are outdated if you are caching them on your end. We then attempt to extract the keyword from the url and reroute the user to a new merchant with a "hopefully" similar product.

Brian thank you for the response. I'm finding the same misdirects on the Prosperent Dashboard. For example when I type "adidas superstar" into the search field it yields the following result: https://prosperent.com/account/getli...6b137b69238556

When I search the buy link I am redirected to: http://www.brownells.com/firearms/ri...ampaign=Itwine

same issue here with the API

Do not forget to change the location param in the URL. http://prosperent.com/account/getlinks is not a valid location param. So those links are registered as unknowns. Make sure to change the location param or add the referrer parameter to the URL, which will offset the prosperent.com location parameter.

Merchants and networks do not like when they don't know where the link is coming from.

If using the API makes sure to pass over the location parameter in the request.
