Apple added as a new merchant

We picked up Apple as a merchant today. We were also given double the commission rate that a typical publisher receives, so going through us will earn you more than going direct with them. Products should be live already. We need to normalize their name in the catalog, but we can do that the next time we update all of the feeds.
