      Halloween opportunity!

      Alright guys, this is by far the best deal we have had from a merchant for a Halloween offer. Wholesale Halloween Costumes has bumped us from 8% to 15%. If we perform well, we can go up from there.

      Halloween may seem like a long way off, but the sales really start to pour in by the second or third week of August. Year after year it's one of our best holidays, so get those sites built and traffic ready to push. These guys are going to take good care of all of us, all we need to do is push the traffic.

      Are the Halloween sales rolling in?

      There seems no conversion for my Halloween traffic. Just want to make sure everything is alright for my sites.

      Yep, seeing regular sales already.

      OK, noted. My traffic sucks.

      Halloween is a good test case for the upcoming holidays. This gives you time to make some changes before the big money season hits

      Yes, really. Testing and build more sites.

      You should have plenty of time to get in on the earnings. Halloween is starting to send regular sales, but it REALLY ramps up in a couple weeks. It stays huge all the way until probably the 29th or 30th of October, then picks up again the day after when the stores all have their big sales.

      2011-09-04 -> 0.20%
      2011-09-11 -> 4.36%
      2011-09-18 -> 7.43%
      2011-09-25 -> 7.52%
      2011-10-02 -> 13.07%
      2011-10-09 -> 21.68%
      2011-10-16 -> 20.10%
      2011-10-23 -> 12.57%
      2011-10-30 -> 1.49%

      Here is some additional information regarding the sale of costumes after Halloween:

      November:
      18% Christmas/Holiday related
      82% Halloween/Other

      December:
      15% Christmas/Holiday related
      85% Halloween/Other

      It seems as though a lot of the non-holiday costumes sold during Nov and Dec are children costumes (princesses, power rangers, superheros, etc.), possibly to be given as gifts for the holidays. It is also likely that some of the costumes sold during this time may be post-halloween discounted items as well.

      The point is... Keep pushing until the end of the year!
